About OneContinuum
Organizations move faster and generate more data than ever, yet leaders have less clarity than ever. The tools meant to help show what happened, but never why. OneContinuum is the intelligence layer for decision-making — an autonomous reasoning engine that continuously investigates your organization and surfaces what needs attention before it becomes a problem.

Founder
Lou Marvin Caraig
Founder
Marvin started in video adtech, building real-time analytics pipelines processing billions of daily events. He then moved into engineering intelligence: leading engineering at a Gartner-recognized platform (Point Nine Capital), prototyping one of the first LLM-based agents for engineering reasoning, and directing the development of LFX Insights, the Linux Foundation's project health analytics and contributor intelligence tool covering 15,000+ open-source repos. He built the tools, then led the teams that used them, and saw firsthand what they got wrong. Today he builds production AI agents at Zuma (a16z, YC S21) and is building OneContinuum — the intelligence layer for decision-making he wishes he'd had as a leader.

Zuma
Staff AI Engineer 2025 – Present
Building a shared agent-based engine that powers AI across voice, chat, and other channels at an a16z-backed, YC S21 company. Production agentic systems, daily.
-
Linux Foundation
Director of Engineering 2023 – 2024
Directed a ~20-person cross-functional team across Americas-to-APAC timezones. Collaborated with peer directors to build LFX Insights — project health analytics, contributor intelligence, and ecosystem rankings across 15,000+ repos and 1.9M contributors.

Athenian
Engineering Team Lead → Head of Engineering 2019 – 2023
Led engineering for a Gartner-recognized engineering intelligence platform (Point Nine Capital). Prototyped one of the earliest LLM-based agent MVPs for engineering organization reasoning.

We're looking for design partners
If you're an engineering leader tired of piecing together the "why" from scattered tools, we'd love to build this with you.
Obsessively connecting the dots from Florence, Italy.
